Yesterday, Sacramento City College Student Body President President Steve Macias received some good news:
the recall election has in fact been voided and violated state law and that Mr. Macias is no longer threatened with being recalled by the students.
The college has confirmed that a student government resolution, which had divested Macias of his duties as president, has been rescinded. However, that does not end the case.
